• Monday – Friday
• 6 am to 4:30 pm
• 50 hours/week (10 hours mandatory overtime)

Precision Staffing is hiring CNC Operators for a family-owned manufacturing company in Blue Ash, OH. This is a stable and growing organization known for high-quality precision machining. This opportunity offers long-term potential with a path to permanent hire.

• Operate CNC machines, including lathe and mill equipment
  , to produce precision parts
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Use mechanical power tools while working with metal components and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Hands on training

• Lathe & Mill CNC experience Preferred
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime
