Now hiring Quality Control Technician

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Until Finished)

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree in a science‑related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required
  • Food manufacturing or food handling experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong math, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections and analysis of raw materials and finished products
  • Support food safety programs, allergen control, and traceability/recall processes
  • Conduct line audits and monitor compliance with quality and food safety procedures
  • Review ingredient storage, rotation, and material usage in the warehouse
  • Complete sensory evaluations on raw materials and finished products
  • Investigate and help resolve quality or food safety concerns
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality program maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to management
