United Dairy Farmers - 7731
E. Kemper Rd - Responsibilities:
Lead bakery production operations with a lead-by-example mindset to maximize efficiency and safety.;
Coordinate production, picking, loading, dispatch, and sanitation to meet KPI targets.;
Provide SAFE and Quality training and ensure HACCP/CCP compliance across all functions.;
Assist the supervisor with shift start, task assignments, and performance monitoring; troubleshoot issues as needed.;
Ensure equipment readiness, proper cleaning, date coding, and on-time truck loading per SOPs.
