Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily workflow within the Calibration/Responsible Lab, including task delegation, prioritization, and test equipment scheduling.
Utilize Smartsheet or similar work management platforms to optimize lab utilization, scheduling, and throughput.
Serve as a subject matter expert for calibration and lab operations based on hands on technical experience.
Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in bi weekly leadership meetings to align priorities and address operational issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders to clarify testing requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex lab issues.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to summarize test outcomes and ensure accurate, timely documentation using MS Office tools.
Support planning, execution, and oversight of lab experiments while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic lab setting, balancing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
Lead and deliver lab capability presentations for customer, surgeon, and marketing tours, representing the lab professionally.
