Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

What Gets You Hired- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 3-5 years of bindery machine operating experience in a print manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and machine setup skills
- Ability to work with multiple paper weights and product configurations
- Basic computer knowledge; PACE experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to push/pull pallet jacks and rolling carts

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot bindery equipment including:
- Stitchers
- Cutters
- Folders
- Folder/Gluer machines
- Die Cutters
- Collators
- Monitor print finishing quality and maintain production efficiency
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Read and follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Train and support new or temporary team members as needed
- Keep work areas organized and compliant with safety and quality standards
