Responsibilities- Fabricate Plexiglas screens by cutting, sanding, and buffing materials to specifications
- Assemble frame screens and extrusion components according to drawings, SOPs, and customer requirements
- Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion materials with precision
- Monitor tolerances and ensure proper fit and alignment of mirrors, screens, and other components
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Conduct testing procedures to validate finished products
- Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
- Mix chemicals, apply coatings, and operate saws and other production equipment
- Build shipping crates and assist with other manufacturing operations
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 7S standards
- Follow all company safety policies and report hazards or quality concerns
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
- Previous industrial machine operation experience required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
