As a Cutter Operator, you're the steady hand and sharp eye that turns raw material into flawless, production-ready pieces. Measure twice, cut once, and never miss a beat. • Diploma or GED required; trade certifications are a bonus.

• Three to five years of experience operating a cutter in a commercial printing environment, with Saber cutter experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with tools, gauges, and general troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• Sharp eye for quality and consistency on every job.

• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand throughout the shift.
• Stamina to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks safely and consistently.

• Operate cutting machines to produce high-quality printing jobs that meet customer and company expectations.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment to keep production running without a hitch.
• Monitor output for quality and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Work safely and reliably as part of a hard-working, deadline-driven team.
