Technical Product Specialist - Machinery Assembly

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who will learn and grow as our company grows. Previous or current experience with heating and ventilation (HVAC) installation is required. Must have the ability to understand basic written step-by-step instructions and diagrams. Most importantly strong desire to learn and excel in what you do is the most critical skill we look for.

Required skills:

• Read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
• Electrical wiring, pipe fitting and basic soldering
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
• Pick the necessary parts from storage shelf to assemble each unit
• Follow written assembly instructions and pictures on computer screens
• Strong desire to learn and excel in machinery assembly processes
• Take customer video calls to assist remotely for troubleshooting

Desired skills:

• Ability to use measurement tools in metric or imperial
• Ability to help customers when they need technical assistance

Required education:

• High school degree or technical/community college
