Schedule:

• AM Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
• PM Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday – Thursday

Requirements

• Previous industrial machine operation experience required
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Job Duties

• Fabricate Plexiglas screens by cutting, sanding, and buffing materials to specifications
• Assemble frame screens and extrusion components according to drawings, SOPs, and customer requirements
• Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion materials with precision
• Monitor tolerances and ensure proper fit and alignment of mirrors, screens, and other components
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Conduct testing procedures to validate finished products
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
  
  Mix chemicals, apply coatings, and operate saws and other production equipment
• Build shipping crates and assist with other manufacturing operations
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 7S standards
• Follow all company safety policies and report hazards or quality concerns
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
