Working at Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio as an Information Coordinator is dynamic. You will directly contribute to the continuous improvement process, service delivery, and efficiency of the agency. You will be working with teams to provide reliable tools, improved workflows, support information systems and become an agency expert in collecting and interpreting information. We are looking for a creative problem solver to join our team.

- Learn our agency’s data collection system
- Developexpertiseand train new employees to use the system
- Provide technicalassistancetostaff agency wide information systems
- Train to becomea system administrator
- Workwith staff teams tocreate and develop new system functions
- Conduct day to day monitoring, triage and problem solve system issues
- Run reports and work with teams to interpret and understand information
- Coordinate processes, procedures, and documents accordingly
- Learn and develop capability in, evaluation, and non-profit programming
- Support technical needs for agency meetings/events.
- Minimum requirement is experience in a similar role,Associate Degreeor other relevant post-secondary training
- Bachelor Degreewithdemonstratedexperience is preferred
- Experience and ease in working with computers/software systems
- Mustbe willing toparticipatein continuous learning and training
- Must be willing to provide training and technicalassistanceto others
- Ability to develop clear and concise technical direction
- Ability to produceaccurateandtimelyreports and interpret results
