We’re seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our leadership development program with a clear path from entry‑level to managing their own market and team.

• Represent nonprofit partners and engage with the community to drive awareness and donations
• Progress through a structured leadership training program (sales, team coordination, recruiting, operations)
• Lead and develop teams as you advance into management and director roles
• Support expansion into new cities and markets across the U.S.

• Phase 1:
  Charity Ambassador (entry‑level field marketing)
• Phase 2:
  Charity Coordinator (team leadership)
• Phase 3:
  Junior Director (recruiting & operations)
• Phase 4:
  Charity Director (run your own market/office)
