The Summit of Blue Ash is seeking an LPN for PRN hours to support residents in assisted living and memory care. You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, administer medications, monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
You will complete charting, educate residents and families on treatment plans, and help coordinate care with other departments. Excellent English communication and computer skills are essential; prior assisted living experience is preferred.
