Care
360 Hospice is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (Weekend) to provide skilled nursing visits in Cincinnati area, including facilities and homes, Fri-Sun 8 AM–8 PM. You will support RNs, perform scheduled visits, and contribute to end-of-life care plans under physician orders.
Requirements include a valid LPN license, minimum 1 year of clinical experience (hospice experience preferred), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
