Care
360 Hospice is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide end-of-life care to patients in facilities and homes within Cincinnati area. The role includes after-hours on-call and routine skilled visits, working alongside RNs to implement the plan of care.
Ideal candidates hold a LPN credential with at least 1 year of clinical experience, and have a valid driver’s license. Hospice experience is preferred. Travel and reliable transportation are required.
