Responsibilities
- Smartsheet work management and scheduling
- Lab workflow and resource coordination
- Advanced analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Technical expertise as hands on lab SME
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Guide lab workflow including delegation and scheduling of test equipment using Smartsheet
- Act as subject matter expert based on prior or current hands on technical experience
- Lead weekly workload planning meetings and participate in bi weekly leadership meetings
- Communicate with client contacts to gather testing requirements and success criteria
- Coordinate with clients to clarify requests and discuss results or observations
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting; communicate findings to engineers and team members
- Collaborate with team members to summarize and document test results using GDP standards
- Support study planning, execution of experiments, and data analysis
- Operate effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Lead presentations showcasing lab capabilities during customer, surgeon, or marketing tours

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 year
