Quality Control Supervisor

Quality Control Supervisor 1st shift

Monday - Friday

• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct routine quality tests (dimensional, functional, and visual).
• Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, or quality management systems (QMS).
• Identify nonconformances and quarantine defective materials or products.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify compliance.
• Assist in internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, QMS software, ERP systems).

• Experience with GMP, Food Grade Warehousing, and other industry standards.
