Collect production samples from manufacturing lines, vendors, and internal teams;
Conduct visual and physical inspections to verify print quality, color accuracy, alignment, personalization, and mailing compliance;
Identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns, communicating findings for corrective action;
Maintain accurate sample records, approvals, job numbers, and quality documentation within the PACE system;
Prepare, package, label, and coordinate shipment of samples to clients, vendors, internal stakeholders
