Location: 4370 Malsbary Rd., Blue Ash, OH

Soccer Village is looking for a detail-oriented Buyer to support purchasing, inventory management, and administrative functions within our Team Department. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate ordering, inventory levels, and timely fulfillment for soccer clubs and our customers.

• Manage current and future purchasing to meet order and system needs
• Review and update open purchase orders; communicate back orders and alternatives
• Use sales history and team estimates to forecast product needs and place vendor orders
• Create and maintain items in operating systems and online sales platforms
• Monitor inventory levels, manage returns, and distribute product to stores as needed
• Support warehouse receiving and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile invoices and purchase orders with accounting
• Order and manage uniform fitting samples
• Assist with order review, club rosters, customer follow-ups, and general administrative support
• Work closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, and retail teams

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Purchasing or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
