Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Bulk Down Sales Assistant to work alongside and support our remote sales representative based in Iowa. This role will be based at our Blue Ash location and will handle day-to-day sales support tasks such as setting appointments, preparing and processing quotes, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives while working independently and can manage deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary assistant to the Bulk Down Sales Representative.
- Set client appointments and coordinate schedules.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and contracts.
- Communicate directly with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met with attention to detail.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- No strict education requirement; relevant administrative or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Generous PTO:
Prorated in year one; 20 days starting each January, increases after 3 years; unused PTO paid out at year‑end. - Holidays: 8 paid company holidays.
