Account Manager

Vaco is seeking an Account Manager located in the Blue Ash, OH area. This is a great opportunity with a large growing Non-Profit organization. This Account Manager is an onsite and direct hire opportunity. Targeted Compensation in 1st year - $55K-$75K.

• Maintain accurate prospect and client information within the organization, including detailed documentation of client interactions.
• Process plan implementations, changes, and exceptions within internal systems.
• Manage ongoing account service activities, including client reporting, member packets, refund notices, and Agent of Record updates.
• Research and resolve prescription-related issues directly with pharmacy vendors.
• Assist with the development of client proposals and sales collateral.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of business development or account management experience. Inside customer service, PBM, or industry experience strongly preferred.
• Licensing: Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing in applicable states/territories.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with company owners, executives, and clients in person.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and basic data manipulation.
• Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily for local and regional client meetings.
