We are seeking a detail oriented Maintenance Service Technician for our property management portfolio.
We are seeking reliable and skilled Maintenance Service technicians to support our growing portfolio of residential properties. This role is responsible for completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance and ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition for our residents. This role ensures that all units are maintained to company standards, work is conducted efficiently, and all maintenance activity is accurately documented in App Folio.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and experienced in property maintenance and tenant ready processes.

• Complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues efficiently
• Maintain clean and safe work environments
  Communicate updates on work orders and property conditions
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and local codes

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
  Strong understanding of residential building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Inspections experience is a plus
• Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient with App Folio or similar property management software
• Must have valid driver’s license
