Business Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Compensation: $30-$35/hr

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of business property systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Licensing or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing and electrical required.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.

• Repair and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, repairing HVAC systems and checking fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks (weeding, snow removal, trash removal).
• Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Complete invoices and weekly reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.
