Pay: $20-35/hr earning potential of $130,000+ per year based on performance.

Sign-on bonus: up to $5,000 based on experience and interview.

Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
