Branch Lead

As a Branch Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales.
The ideal candidate must display poise and have an engaging, empathetic communication style to achieve success in this job. Someone in this role must have a sincere appreciation for people. They should be comfortable selling their ideas, whether that's a new process within the organization or a new product or service in the market. This job focuses heavily on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
It requires an effective communicator: someone who is able to motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others, whether that's managers, team members, customers, or the company itself. This person must have a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset and be able to easily communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems.

- Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives. - Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential. - Customer Focus:
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strive for customer satisfaction and retention. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources. - Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Substitution:
Four (4) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree. - Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry
- Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Full Time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday – Friday work week; occasional Saturdays required.
- Competitive pay ranging from $27.36 - $32.91/hour (may vary based on experience).
- Eligible for annual incentive based upon company performance and goals.
