Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced;
Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, notifying supervisors of any unusual problems or safety issues;
Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols
