Welder | $20.00/hr full-Time | Tuesday - Friday | 6:00am – 4:30pm

WELDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED If you're an experienced welder who enjoys hands-on fabrication and building quality products, this opportunity is for you!! Join an established manufacturing company in Blue Earth, MN that has been building quality truck equipment since 1963. We manufacture steel and aluminum truck bodies and hoists for a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, landscaping, and more. We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and reliable team members with welding and fabrication experience.

Transferable experience with tools, equipment, and other hands-on manufacturing skills is also valued.

• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for truck bodies, hoists, and related equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate welding equipment along with hand, air, power, and fabrication tools.
• Perform assembly processes including welding, bolting, riveting, and installing Huck fasteners.
• Work with department leads and coworkers to produce quality products safely and on schedule.

• Previous welding experience is required, with experience in MIG, TIG, Arc, Push-Pull, or Spray Arc welding preferred.
• Experience working with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or a combination of metals.
• Understanding of proper use of measuring tools, gauges, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately follow measurements, specifications, and instructions.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, reliability, and meeting production deadlines.

• $20.00/hr + DOE Weekly pay – every Friday
