Job Title

Welder – Quarterly Bonuses | $20–$23/hr
-SIGN-ON BONUS
- Work 3 months- $500, 6 months - $500 and 1 year- $1000

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

Join a leading fabrication shop in Winnebago with nearly 40 years of experience manufacturing quality metal products! As an experienced Welder, you’ll work with a skilled team to fabricate tanks and other metal products, following blueprints to ensure precision and leak‑free results. We value hard work and skill—so we offer quarterly bonuses to reward your performance. A training program may be available for motivated candidates to grow your welding skills even further.

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal products accurately
• Weld using MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year welding experience (does not need to be with the same employer)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Quarterly bonuses in addition to base pay
