Lab Technician

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting laboratory operations and production quality monitoring. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 230pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform laboratory testing related to product quality and safety

+ Monitor and analyze incoming, intermediate, and finished products

+ Maintain accurate records of test results and inventory data

+ Assist in training laboratory technicians and maintaining lab equipment

+ Support audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience

+ Two to three years of laboratory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related fields

+ Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance programs, and basic computer skills

+ Understanding of GMP, GLP, and safety protocols

+ Ability to work well in a team and maintain punctuality
