Case Manager (CPS) - Family Preservation Worker

Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties seeks a full-time (39 hours a week) Case Manager (CPS) - Family Preservation Worker position. This position is located in our Faribault County Human Services Center (Blue Earth, MN). We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate candidate to engage families involved in child protection, ensuring the safety, permanency, and well-being of children. The ideal candidate will develop and monitor case plans, collaborate with families, and complete necessary documentation to meet State Department/Agency regulations.

Your duties will include meeting with families, providing support, conducting assessments, and processing thorough documentation. You will also participate in meetings and training, educate the community about neglect and abuse, maintain professional relationships, coworkers, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. Effective communication, respect for clients, and adherence to privacy rules are key aspects of this role. Candidates will thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment and will hone their interviewing, assessment, and rapport-building skills.
