Lot Coordinator

• Base Pay $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour

ESI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join the
Blue Island, IL
team. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is responsible for supporting the post-repossession process, maintaining the vehicle storage lot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment while ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors.

Responsibilities include:

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $17-$18/hour

* Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission
• Basic computer skills required
• Good verbal and written communication
• Requires good time management and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather

• Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
• Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
