TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring Drivers! (no CDL required)

• Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips and simple performance based bonus.
• Earn additional pay through overtime hours and optional interstate moves.

  All schedules available Monday through Saturday.
• All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques.

• If you do not currently have a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.

• Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings.
• Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck.
• Leave work site better than you found it.

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.

Blue Island, IL. This position is for the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise.
