K.C. Bobcat - Blue Springs is seeking a Sales Admin to provide administrative support to our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. • Assist and support the sales team with a broad range of administrative duties
• Assist Sales Representatives on calls, trade in requests, and deal completions
• Answer and direct phone calls or take messages as necessary
• Organize meetings and schedule appointments
• Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondences
• Assist in on accounts receivable and accounts payable capacity when necessary
• Keep sales team informed of substantive territory developments or customer service needs
