As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of our designated groups. Your responsibilities include setting targets, implementing plans, tracking results, driving continuous improvement, leading your team in problem‑solving initiatives, and facilitating workshops to enhance quality improvement methods. You will also handle personnel issues, manage the team, foster individual development, maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, intervene to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.

• Minimum education:
  
  Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, specialization in Production.
• 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Operational level of English.

Salary Range: USD 85,000–85,000 . Additional Compensation & benefits:
Range between 80-85K depending on experience.
