* Job Duties:

**  + Work with a group of campers to provide a fun, safe, and exciting camp experience.  + Respond to incidents such as behavior problems or accidents according to camp policies and procedures.  + Document events and maintain records, discuss concerns with parents when needed.  + Report issues to Head Counselor.  + Act as a constant encourager and role model for campers.  

+ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

* Minimum Qualifications:

**  + Successful applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work.  + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for most of the camp day.  + Preferred experience working in a youth-focused setting.  + Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities.  + Must attend training week plus work all 10 weeks that camp is open for the summer (40 hours a week).  

+ First aid/adult and child CPR certification is required prior to start of camp.  + Lifeguard certification desired.  + Must have completed High School or GED.  + Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
