We're partnering with a well-established general contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of large, complex construction projects valued at $100M+.
This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader to guide projects from early preconstruction through final closeout - leading project teams, managing financial performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving safe, high-quality execution.
What You'll Own:- Lead projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout
- Take full responsibility for project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and financial performance
- Oversee estimating, subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, buyout, and change management
- Partner closely with field leadership to resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule
- Manage owner billing, vendor invoices, cost reporting, RFIs, pay applications, and project documentation
- Lead OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, contract requirements, and applicable codes
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Support manpower planning, team development, and long-term client relationships
- 7-10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build trusted client and subcontractor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and related construction management platforms
- Lead major, high-profile construction projects
