McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join the Hyundai-Blue Springs team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Greet customers, write detailed service orders, review recalls and warranties, and communicate with technicians to keep customers informed. Prior service writing and DMS knowledge are preferred but not required.
