• Flexible blocked scheduling model with opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Inpatient-only practice collaborating closely with outpatient GI group
• Strong collaborative relationship between GI and ED teams for minimal overnight call
• Average 10-12 scopes per day
• Advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS) welcomed but not required
• Dedicated inpatient GI APP support Monday-Friday

• $750,000 guaranteed base salary
• Additional shifts compensated at $3,600 per shift over 14 shifts/month
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
