About Kid Strong

Kid Strong helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic children. We accelerate milestones for kids up to 11 years old, helping families discover each child’s superpowers and develop confidence in school, play, and life.

• Camp coach with an athletic or coaching background, ideally with experience in summer camps or coaching children ages 4‑9
• Focus on brain, physical, and character development through a designed camp curriculum
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding incident reports
• Camps run during school holidays, 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; availability during those hours is required
• Opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party coaching and additional training for Kids Strong Class coaching

• Lead camps of up to 20 children, ages 4‑9
• Teach the Kids Strong curriculum as provided by HQ programming
• Ensure camps start and end on schedule and follow the curriculum pace
• Greet students and parents/guardians upon arrival
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor while leading camp
• Demonstrate and manage exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety
• Keep accurate attendance records
• Maintain cleanliness of center (lobby, bathrooms, floor, equipment)
• Use the KS Coach App to record class data and provide reports to parents
• Communicate professionally via Slack or our company messaging system
• Complete required training through Learn Upon
• Work in a physically intensive environment, covering multiple miles and handling up to 25 lb of equipment
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings as required by the Kid Strong Director
• Obtain camp‑certified status from HQ Training and Certification
• Supervise safety and program implementation for all campers

• Passion for working with children is non‑negotiable
• Preferred: experience coaching students in the appropriate age range
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑starter who completes tasks efficiently

US $15.00 per hour.

Kid Strong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages up to 11 years old. We offer a science‑based curriculum that is parent‑focused and taught by professionals.
