Coaching Assistant Boys' Track Coach

To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem. Assist with the track program.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the rules and fundamentals of track.
• Provide emergency first aid.
• Maintain a conducive and safe environment.
• Maintain, issue, and provide an accurate inventory of school equipment. Model skills of the sport.
• Develop positive relations with students and parents, maintaining appropriate dress, language, and demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supervises students in the program.

• Previous experience coaching track preferred.
• Educator certification preferred. Must hold a valid Missouri teaching certificate or be eligible for a substitute teaching certificate (minimum 60 college credit hours).
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Background check and verification of records required.

The employee may stand, talk, hear, walk, sit, and occasionally push or lift up to 50 lbs.

The noise level is usually moderate to loud. The employee must maintain safety, well-being, and output of others, and may be required to meet multiple demands from various people.

$2,901 - $3,192 per month (commensurate with experience).
