This contract assignment is designed to provide essential FMLA leave coverage within a supportive school community. You’ll work directly on-site, collaborating with professionals and making a meaningful impact for young learners during a crucial period in their education.

• Active Missouri SLPA license required
• Prior experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to effectively support elementary-age students with diverse needs
• Capacity to adapt quickly and provide high-quality services in a leave coverage role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students

• Offer direct treatment and support as outlined by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist students in improving communication, articulation, and language skills within the academic environment
• Accurately document student progress and session data
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized student plans
• Fulfill district requirements, including fingerprinting, background checks, and timely completion of contractor forms

• On-site position—be present and hands-on in student learning
• Full‑time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
