Job Description Forvia Interiors is looking for a Treasury Payment Manager to be based in Portugal, Espargo.

ROLE PURPOSE The Treasury Payment Manager oversees payment processes and controls, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient payment execution across the company.

KEY MISSIONS
- Define and maintain payment policies, procedures and approval workflows.

- Oversee payment execution and compliance with delegation of authority.

- Monitor payment platforms, bank connectivity and exception handling.

- Strengthen payment security, fraud-prevention controls and segregation of duties.

- Coordinate signatories, authorization matrices and payment limits.

- Partner with IT, Finance Shared Services, AP, banks and vendors.

- Investigate payment incidents, exceptions and control breaches.

- Support bank connectivity projects and payment standardization.

- Prepare payment KPIs, risk indicators and management reporting.

- Train users on payment governance, controls and security requirements.

EXPERIENCE7+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payments, cash management, banking or finance operations in an international environment.

EDUCATION Master's degree or equivalent level in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong knowledge of payment processes and banking formats.

- Solid understanding of fraud prevention and segregation of duties.

- Good project management and process-improvement skills.

- Ability to coordinate with banks, IT, AP and local finance teams.

- Strong rigor and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English.
