Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Technician position located in Blue Springs, MO. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving computer and laptop issues, including hardware repair, software installation, virus removal, and data recovery. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, performing system upgrades, customer support, and maintaining service records. The individual will also assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications- Proficiency in computer hardware repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform software installations, updates, and operating system repairs
- Skills in virus removal, data recovery, and phone repair
- Experience in delivering on-site and remote technical support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and system optimization (preferred)
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous
