Whether it is working with our landscaping partner to ensure crisp green lawns and bursting flower beds, touching up baseboards and handrails in common areas so they shine, or doing one last check of an apartment for a new resident,

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs that enhance the reliability and performance of all facilities and equipment.
• Oversee the routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prioritize work accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety, environmental standards, and workplace safety.
• Implement and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of facilities and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory management.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and effectively.

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices within the industry.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
