Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility. Under new management, we’re creating a more supportive workplace where CNAs are valued, respected, and supported.

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs)
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
