The facility operates under a physician medical direction model with 100% hands-on MD involvement and maintains perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Blue Springs, Missouri offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore Burr Oak Woods Conservation Area, Lake Remembrance, and the Native Hoofed Animal Enclosure, along with cultural and educational destinations such as Missouri Town 1855 and the Kemper Outdoor Education Center. Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician medical direction model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Blue Springs, Missouri, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on 8-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes endoscopy, orthopedic, general, podiatry, urology, GYN, and ENT procedures. Call coverage is negotiable as part of this assignment.

Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
