Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Shifts are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on weekends. LPNs who work two 12‑hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday will receive an additional six hours of pay and a sign‑on bonus of $2,500.
Mission and Care PhilosophyRiverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC serves the community's long‑term care and rehabilitation needs, providing loving excellence in senior care with individualized services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and ensure residents receive outstanding care.
- Oversight of CNAs.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Represent Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in a positive manner.
