• Oversee the daily operations and management of clinical therapies under the direction of the Physician
• Create a positive, relaxing, and professional work environment
• Greet and room patients, obtain weight and vitals, review relevant medical information and current medications, start and administer therapies, and administer medications as indicated and ordered
• Review screeners related to patient appointments and alert the physician about abnormal or high scores
• Provide patient instructions and education regarding treatments
• Ensure documentation and consents are signed before treatment
• Verify medication dosages and correct patient identification before administration
• Monitor and assess patients throughout their stay
• Assess patients’ physical and mental status before discharge and alert the physician when corrective action is needed
• Maintain clinical logs, patient charts, and documentation
• Prepare the clinic for the next shift
• Review intakes and collaborate with the physician regarding new patients
• Maintain inventory, supplies, vial expiration tracking, and daily operational requirements
• Maintain and comply with DEA regulations for controlled substances
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Prepare and provide patient education folders and handouts
• Occasionally assist with nursing tasks, including rooming patients, charting, medication refills, prior authorizations, telephone encounters, and referrals

• Licensed in Michigan

• Ability to obtain and record patient vitals and medical information
