Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled On-Call Weekend Hospice Nurse to provide compassionate in-home nursing care for patients and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Group. You’ll assess, plan, and implement care while communicating clearly with families and referring agencies.
This weekend role runs Friday 5pm through Monday 8am. Candidates must hold a current State RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license; hospice experience is preferred.
