On-Call Nurse
Schedule7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call Nurse to join our team. As an On-Call Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency.
Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Flexibility to work scheduled on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements Education- Current state RN or LPN license.
- Current State license in the state of practice.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical care setting.
- One (1) year full-time hospice.
- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
