Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management

Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000/year

Core Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice in Blue Springs, MO.

This is a great opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on patient care, procedures, orthopedics, and working with a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage pain management, orthopedic, and workers’ compensation patients
• Perform joint, trigger point, tendon, and intramuscular injections
• Perform or assist with peripheral nerve blocks, PRP, and other procedures
• Ultrasound- and fluoroscopic-guided procedure training available
• Order and coordinate physical therapy, chiropractic care, DME, and other treatments
• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical assistants
• Help support patient retention and growth of the practice

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri and Kansas
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Experience with injections and procedures preferred
• Strong orthopedic and pain management knowledge preferred
• Workers’ compensation experience is a plus
• Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Outpatient clinical or surgical experience preferred

Schedule

Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Schedule may vary based on clinic needs.
